Shipping Destinations

MDRN Auto currently ships within the United States. Available shipping options depend on the product and delivery address and are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 5–10 business days to process before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges vary by order and delivery address. Applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times after shipment vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking & Multiple Shipments

When tracking information becomes available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take additional time to update.

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. Separate tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Delays

Processing or delivery may be affected by supplier availability, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact mdrnautoaccessories@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. To request a correction, email mdrnautoaccessories@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address.

Address changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
